Duties and Responsibilities
Perform production related activities of assembly, build, test, and pack according to instructions, drawings and documentations including quality control.
Key Activities
Assemble heat exchangers and test final product according to work orders and specifications
Inspect and pack final product for shipment
Coordinate with other departments for materials needed for production
Maintain and ensure good use of production equipment including preventative maintenance
Report machine malfunctions and failures
Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment
Report product problems and/or non-conformances to Quality
Adhere to the shift working hours and overtime if required
Assist in the containment of nonconforming material
Follow proper safety procedures including using proper personal protective equipment
Experience and Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
- Demonstrated reliability in performance and attendance
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work in a team
- Forklift experience a plus
- Knowledge of crane operation and lifting device preferred
- Background and drug tested
- Both Safety Sensitive and non-Safety Sensitive positions
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands to fingers to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, clearly speak, hear, and/or read instructions. The employee is frequently required to walk, reach, and bend. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
1st shift hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday thru Friday OR 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday
