Accounts Payable Specialist

A stable company within the manufacturing industry is seeking an A/P Specialist to support the accounts payable department and maintain company records. This is a full time, fully on-site position that comes with great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with match, generous PTO, and additional perks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify expense reports
• Data entry
• Facilitate payment of vendors
• Maintain filing system
• Process credit applications
• Assist with month-end close
• Assist with solving accounts receivable discrepancies
• Respond to all A/P inquiries

Ideal qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of GAAP
