This position is funded with K-3 Grant funds and is subject to the availability of those funds.

Job Summary :
The academic interventionist provides serves students in a Title I schoolwide program with targeted reasons for at risk students for tiered support within the school's MTSS.
Successful candidates for this position will possess:
Valid Iowa teaching license (appropriate endorsement code for subject area).
Highly Qualified Candidates for the position will possess:
Previous classroom teaching experience.
Experience in an urban school district.
Additional training in math and reading.

7.75 hours
