Job Summary
Aroma360 is seeking an Account Executive with experience building strong relationships with high-end, luxury clientele.
The right candidate for the Account Executive role is experienced with business development and inside sales. We are looking for is a confident, charismatic, sales closers who creates a story and sales pitch that inspires excitement!
Pre-qualified/warm leads, 100% lead generation, no cold calling, and unlimited income potential!
All Scent Consultants are currently earning an average of $140,000.00 annually!
Essential Duties
- Account Executives build lasting relationships with high-end clientele and negotiate long term, recurring contracts.
- Build a book of business by networking, business development, inside sales, and generating leads.
- Professional and persuasive selling.
- Become an expert in selling Aroma360 luxury signature fragrance products and Scent Marketing services.
- Generate new business with Aroma360 networking events
Requirements
- Minimum of two years inside sales experience
- Luxury lifestyle brand experience preferred.
- Confidence in closing C-Level individuals and high-end clientele
- Looking for sales reps who perform in the top 10%!
- Contract negotiation
- B2B, B2C inside sales
- Business Development
- Outstanding networking skillsets
- Strong closing experience
- Money motivated and commission focused
- Ability to maintain long term client relationships
- Competitive, outgoing, and high energy!
- Exception phone presence and sales approach
- Results-driven
- CRM experience, Salesforce preferred but not required
- Ability to work cohesively within a competitive sales team
