OneSource Medical Diagnostics is a provider of administrative and support services to Expert MRI, a radiology group. OneSource Medical Diagnostics is currently seeking to fill our newest open position as Account Executive for our Personal Injury and Imaging Diagnostic team. In this position you will be reporting to our VP of Sales and Marketing.

Our Account Executive is responsible for collaborating with the sales & marketing teams to achieve quotas and developing strong relationships with customers. This position will be out in the field and remote.

Day to Day:

• Position will be remote when not working in the field.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results).
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to use mobile devices and laptop computers while in the field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
