BraveView has been hired to find an experienced Maintenance Account Manager with a reputable full-service Commercial Landscape company that is investing and expanding their business within the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking to find an Account Manager in the San Jose, CA area.

This Account Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial properties and large HOA's and will be responsible for quality control, enhancement sales, contract renewals and driving the overall success of a client's property. This is a client focused position, but will require overseeing 4-5 production crews and a field supervisor. They have very high customer retention rates and they provide their Account Managers with all the necessary support to be successful in today's competitive market.

A highly organized and self motivated person who has the drive to succeed is essential, as we need someone who gets things done. Follow-up skills are critical as there is a need to verify that things have been completed properly or problems resolved satisfactorily. Both verbal and written communication are very important as this position needs to document and communicate with the client on a regular basis. A positive solution oriented person who is relentless on customer satisfaction and follow through are key to the success of this position.

Ideally, we we want someone who has a strong desire to be successful, who is coachable and someone who is looking to further develop their career within the Green Industry.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
