Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Manager for our Personal Lines team in Port Angeles, Washington.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Make coverage recommendations to clients and cross-sell and upsell when necessary.
- Prepare and lead renewal meetings based on client needs.
- Perform all clerical duties related to client support.
- Provide support to the Sales team.
- Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
- Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures.
- Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 2-5 years’ experience with Middle Market clients, required.
- Property & Casualty License, required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $25 an hour DOE + 25% Commission on New Business
- 2 days in office, 3 days remote
