Job Summary
The Account Manager manages one or multiple customers within a assigned market. This includes the commercial and performance development in close cooperation with a multifunctional team.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but are not exclusively:

• The creation and execution of a strategy for the assigned customer(s) to obtain commercial targets
• Improving and maintaining the customer relationship and satisfaction
• Making commercial offers and quotes
• Negotiating and managing contractual agreements
• Monitoring budget developments of projects for the assigned customer

Profile

• Master’s degree in a technical and/or business-oriented field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business

• Economics) or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills.

• Team player with strong communication and influencing skills on various levels in the organization.

• Good time management, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Able to deal with ambiguity, has a pragmatic approach and is result oriented.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (Dutch language is a plus).
