Account Representative
Marsh seeks a talented, energetic and driven individual for an opportunity in the insurance industry at our Seattle location. This position is part of the overall account team and is critical to the client experience to drive new business and facilitate retention throughout the client lifecycle.

We will Count on you to:
- Collaborate with Account Managers to improve the client experiences
- Oversee the review of claims, contracts and audits, and follow up regarding endorsements, policy issuance, extensions and cancellations and escalates concerns to direct manager or client team, as appropriate.
- Ensure the success of the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is completed (via tools available), gathering information, tracking quotes and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on time in accordance with our professional standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of proper records for reporting and audit purposes and processes insurance and claims details into the database.
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth and retention.
- Respond directly to difficult client questions and requests, and solicits assistance from Account Manager as needed.
- Oversee the process of ensuring that all client information is collected, reviewed, updated and communicated to placement team for optimal program solutions and pricing
What you Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able and willing to become Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed within three months after start date
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Must be a self-starter and work independently

The applicable base salary range for this role is $45,900 to $97,900.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
