This is a full-time position located in Wichita, Kansas. The work schedule for this job is Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Job candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting
• Significant professional experience with Quickbooks
• Proficiency with Excel and Word

The responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

• All facets of bookkeeping for multiple companies using QuickBooks
• Performing payable and receivable tasks
• Maintaining accurate books for various companies
• Compiling and processing financial information
• Overseeing financial data
• Preparing financial reports, such as, global reports and profit/loss statements
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Performing payroll administration duties
• Preparing tax filings as necessary
• Assisting with human resources matters
• Overseeing insurance matters
• Assisting team members on special projects as necessary
• Handling sensitive information with high level of confidentiality
