Responsibilities:

• Lead role in development of Budget and Forecasts and manage external audits.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare monthly analysis of financial performance.
• Develop, report and assess financial and operating metrics.
• Constantly engaging with excel datasets to continuously analyze, reconcile, provide feedback and improve our collective system reporting.
• Support other finance team members with the completion of financial statements and other financial reports.
• Support all internal business partners in their interactions with Finance.

What we're looking for:

• Proficient in the use of Quickbooks (a must) and modern Office suite products especially MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
• 2 - 5 plus years of diversified accounting experience & concise analyses and recommendations on relevant subject matter.
• Have a working knowledge of GAAP, specifically revenue recognition, software capitalization, stock compensation expense, etc. CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Have audit experience or experience working with outside auditors.
• Comfortable working with high-volume data while applying individualized care to customer deliverables
• Experience with a General Ledger System is highly desirable
• Understand budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent teamwork skills & Strong work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or a related field of study
