Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Assisting the Home Depot Coordinator with filing claims on the Home Depot Portal.
• Performs various analysis and reconciliations of accounts. Makes any required changes. Compile’s statistics and produces various reports
• Performs office management type responsibilities such as office equipment maintenance and general office supplies
• Prepares routine correspondence and types various documents such as letters, reports, statistical tables, administrative forms, and lists.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Required Credentials:

• two to four years of experience in a finance/accounting related field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
• Detailed knowledge of the General Ledger and chart of Accounts with a strong understanding and experience with debits and credits.
• Excellent organization and administration skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
