Capital Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk for our Support Center located in Raleigh, NC. Our Support Center handles the administrative and accounting functions for the group’s 17 dealerships across North Carolina. Accounting Clerk Qualifications
- 2 - 3 Years Automotive experience preferred but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience with CDK software a plus
- Available to work required schedule
- Must pass pre-employment background checks
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities
- Review and verify all documentation pertaining to a customer’s vehicle purchase or lease
- Verify all documents are signed and completed accurately
- Post General Ledger items into the CDK Accounting System
- Verify all documents are completed accurately
- Process paperwork in a timely manner
- Reconcile weekly/monthly assigned schedules
- Communicate and resolve any discrepancies with Controller or department manager
- Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor
