We are looking for a "Bilingual Accounting Clerk" to help our accounting department.
The candidate would be helping out with:
- 2-way match invoices. Match packing list to vendors invoice. Enter the invoice in accounting software (SAGE).
- Reconcile vendor monthly statements. Request missing invoices if any.
- Accounts Receivables; Invoicing and preparing for 2-way match.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Experience:
- Accounting Experience Preferred
- Sage Accounting experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel
