ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this Landscaping company is the position is responsible for processing payments owed by the company to supplier and other creditors , paying vendors invoices or bills, and recording the company's shot term debts. The position will have the following duties :

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK JOB DUTIES:

• Customer service
• Good at math
• Research vendor discrepancies and effectively communication with vendors
• Analyze and research account discrepancies to balance ledgers
• Transfer funds to appropriate accounts
• Code incoming checks for disbursements
• Enter and process invoices
• Review and analyze expense
• Responsible for reviewing invoices and ensure accurate documentation and approval
• Match invoices against the goods receipt where appropriate
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare supporting schedules

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must speak English

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK JOB SHIFTS:

• DAY SHIFT: Monday to Friday | 8:00AM TO 5:00PM
