Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Industry: Pharmaceuticals

Software: Oracle Fusion

Pay: $23-27/hr.

A well-known pharmaceutical company is currently looking to bring someone into their accounting department,

specifically within their accounts payable team. This person would be helping with the Oracle Fusion project they just implemented. This position is fully remote, but the ideal candidate would be in New Jersey.

Job Description:

• Invoice processing (around 200+ weekly)
• Working with purchase orders (purchase order matching, 2/3-way match, resolving discrepancies)
• Basic accruals
• Working with different payment methods (ACH’s, Wires, checks)
• Monitor AP mailbox
• Working with 1099’s

Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion Experience
• Proficient in Excel
• 3-way matching
