A & L RV Sales, a rapidly expanding family owned and operated RV dealership with locations in four states has an immediate need for a professional individual to join us as an Accounts Receivable Specialist with oversight of RV deals financial postings from our eight locations. The position is located at our corporate office in Johnson City.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  Reconciliation of receivable contracts in transit, both customer funding and finance reserves
• Reconciles daily activity postings from dealership locations
• Review and verify all deals for accurate ledger postings for each deal component
• Track and post sales tax payments to third party vendors as required
• Assists F&I Managers with trade lien payoffs, coordinating with bank representatives
• Units sold floor plan payoffs and outstanding liability reconciliation
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work with a team in an open office environment
• Good analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry skills
• Strong problem -solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Strong communication skills necessary for a remote dealership environment

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 
  Associate degree in business/office administration or related field
• Five years of specific AR experience may be substituted for degree
• Experience in accounting computer software applications
• Previous dealership experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Office environment requiring prolonged sitting/standing and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.

Compensation will be commensurate with requirements listed and ability to execute responsibilities stated.
