JOB SUMMARY:
We are heading out east again and are very excited to kick off the summer with in-home treatments in the Hamptons.

ORA is an escape from the every day, making the entire acupuncture experience as healing and meditative as the end result feels. We are seeking an experienced, driven healer that wants to be part of a new and exciting environment that values teamwork and elevating the acupuncture experience for both our guests and themselves.

As an ORA Acupuncturist you are here to make acupuncture part of our guests’ busy lifestyle, ensuring each visit is efficient while still providing the opportunity for them to take a pause, step back, and be in the moment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In-Home Treatment Experience:

• Present a safe, professional demeanor while treating clients in their home
• Able to lift 50 lbs - portable massage table and supplies
• Personal transportation required with valid drivers license

Treatment:

• Capable of treating a wide range of concerns, including both physical and psychological conditions, using various techniques
• Must be knowledgeable, compassionate and create a safe, serene environment for each patient
• Accurately diagnose conditions through patient interviews, observation and interpretation of symptoms.
• Evaluate efficacy of treatment, conditions and progress of each patient.
• Ensure proper treatment notes and client files are maintained
• Work within defined treatment time to ensure scheduled appointment times are maintained
• Communicate effectively with management to ensure visit flow and operational standards are upheld

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience treating patients in a clinic or private practice
• NCCAOM accredited.
• Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
• Preferred knowledge of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine
• Current NY State License
• Valid Drivers License
• Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends a must.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $150.00 - $600.00 per day
