Our growing AG/Food Manufacturing Client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant - Receptionist for this IMMEDIATE FULL TIME CAREER OPPORTUNITY!

SALARY - $20.00/hr

BENEFITS - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life, PTO

LOCATION - This position is located within Stanislaus County (Cities located within Stanislaus County include Modesto, Turlock, Oakdale, Riverbank, Hughson or surrounding cities)

HOURS - Monday thru Friday

DUTIES -

• Provide administrative support to various individuals, management and departments within the company.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Greet visitors.
• Create and handle correspondence, emails, etc.
• Handle mail, shipping documentation & shipping of product.
• Office supplies and inventory.
• Schedule meetings.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS -

• Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
• Experienced in MS Office - Word, Excel.
• Excellent communications.
• Able to work flexible schedule or overtime if needed.
• Previous experience as described above.
