JOB SUMMARY: Performs functions as a Admin & Customer Service Supervisor for Sanitary Maintenance and Supply plant inside Avon Park Correctional Institution, Avon Park, FL. Has responsibility for maintaining accounting, cost, and record-keeping functions. Maintains plant administrative records to include payroll and training records, vendor files. Receives, enters, and invoices customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Handles all in- and out going customer communications. Resolves customer complaints and maintains customer records. Collaborates with Sales & Business Development Specialist and PRIDE Customer Service on customer service and sales. Interacts with Florida Department of Corrections on inmate worker and industry functions as they relate to FDC. Excellent benefits; 6% 401k match; must be able to clear a FBI background check.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
