Commercial security integration is our specialty. Systems include but not limited to Isonas, Honeywell, Verkada, Keri System, Avigilon, Samsung and more! We also work on low voltage audio and video systems, so if you enjoy playing with the latest and greatest technology then you will love to work on these systems. We thrive on new construction environments and our niche is apartment communities - new and remodeled sites. However, our customer base has a wide variety such as government sites, medical buildings, small retailers, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, storage facilities, resorts and many more industries.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting Business Account Manager with daily tasks while coordinating with other team members. Conducts daily operational activities while supporting customer needs and field team needs.

· Basic troubleshooting issue for inbound and remote services

· Answer inbound telephone calls

· Assist with filing

· File maintenance and data entry

· Assist with shipping and receiving functions

· Assist with coordination of schedules

· Escalate unfinished service to determine further actions to complete unfinished work

· Assist with staging jobs and paperwork

· Provide support to field team

· Follow up and communicate with all departments

· Assist Business Account Manager in daily tasks and operations

· Tracking and monitoring open/close alarm reports

· Ability to download into alarm panels and make changes as needed

· Perform system testing and knowledgeable enough to train customers on the systems

· Provide excellent customer service

· Knowledge of company policies and standards

· Take initiative and show leadership on all assigned projects

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Minimum of High School Diploma/GED

· Exceptional Organization skills and attention to detail

· Great work ethic

· Positive attendance record

· Must follow directions and instructions as directed

· Preferred minimum of at least 1 year in the Security Industry

· Minimum of 2 years in an office environment

· Typing skills of 50-60 WPM

· Proficient working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and other computer applications

· Must meet company minimum driving standards

· Must be able to work at heights, off a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds

· Must have a full availability

· Must pass a background

· Must pass drug screening

· Self-motivated and represents a professional image that is approachable

· Outgoing

· Willing to learn and grow with the company

Certifications with Manufacturers in the security industry is a plus

· Act as a positive representative for the company

· Knowledge and understanding of construction and safety standards

· Maintain project and service documentation with clear communication

· Adhere to all Federal, state, local and company rules and regulations

· Follow all safety standards and guidelines

· Other tasks as assigned

WORK HOURS:

· Full time position Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm

· Valid Arizona Driver's License and Reliable Source of Transportation
