We’re seeking an Administration Manager.

Position Summary:

The Administration Manager is responsible for leading a team of 10 administrators.

  • Guiding the Admin departments organization and activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve a business policy or objectives
  • Preparing and reviewing Operation Reports
  • Maintaining and updating all policies relating to the admin position on a department guideline
  • Hiring and training staff
  • Delegating tasks to the team, preparing coverage for all PTO and call offs.
  • Communicating when a staff member is out for a day, or a branch is realigned for office staff flow.
  • Monitoring and projecting staff needs (Volume Report, and weekly meetings )
  • Responsible for all terms and write ups
  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments (Invoice review sheet, Field Feedback)
  • Reports to Regional Manager
  • Hold Weekly meetings with the department staff for all feedback and department needs
  • Working with other departments to ensure an accurate workflow

Requirements:

· 2 + years of management experience

  • Relevant industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. (Associates degree in accounting preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with strong attention to detail.
