Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all Client account management matters
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Assists in coverage with front of house operations based on client need and objectives
  • Ability to complete special projects assigned by the client
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to Client needs and
objectives
  • Ensuring that all service staff are trained in proper customer service skills and techniques in order to deliver high quality service to client
  • Managing all front desk operations to create a positive first impression of the business
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external
stakeholders through reporting
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Resolves administrative and operational problems within the account
  • Manage TMG personnel. This would include hiring and training new administrative,receptionist
and mail services staff, setting up employee schedules, conducting employee performance
evaluations and resolving employee conflicts
  • Develop, grow, and maintain a positive employee experience, increase employee capabilities
and job satisfaction while ensuring that we uphold our standards and surpass the expectations
of our clients.
  • Define and implement front desk and mail services objectives and procedures
  • Assists Regional Operations to develop strategic plans and objectives based upon identified
needs of clients
  • Available to commute between the different locations
  • Available to work overtime in addition to working additional or other shifts and schedules when
required.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of receptionist and mail services management and leadership experience
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
