Position Snapshot
As an integral part of the ACV Enviro team, you for will perform administrative functions such as expense reports, filing, office organization, phone conferences, and meeting coordination.
Day in the Life
After grabbing your favorite morning beverage and booting up your computer, you can expect to:
- Handle information requests timely
- Manage and maintain documents
- Assist with some billing functions
- Prepare communication and spreadsheets
- Attend meetings and capture notes
- Use company-specific software for a multitude of tasks
What you need to apply
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years office experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Excellent customer service and office administration experience
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
