Pay: $21/hr
Hours: Tue-Fri 8-5:30 + Sat 8-2 ( Monday and Sunday are days off)
Requirements:
- 1+ years of call center experience or 1 year of corporate customer service experience
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, emails and chats from customers and partners regarding consumers inquiring about shipment status, scheduling, claims and/or disputes.
- Monitor the database of scheduling appointments delivery, pickups and returns.
- Resolve issues with shipments by engaging with partners, consumers and vendors.
- Provide outstanding and courtesy communication to all customers both internally and externally.
- Identify and accesses customer needs managing a large incoming call volume daily.
- Resolve customer disputes effectively and in a timely manner
