A global manufacturer, leader in the industry and located in Avon Lake, OH, is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support their Senior Vice President of Corporate Technology and Vice President of Sustainability. This will be a part-time contract role that has an end date in September 2024.

Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
-Provides support with calendar management and travel schedule.
-Plans and supports meetings: conference rooms, site details, catering, room setup and managing the agenda
-Communicates with internal and external members on behalf of the executives for project status/deadlines and for other work requests.
-Manages and submits expense reports in Concur.
-Prepares presentations in Power Point using different sources of data.
-Other projects / duties as assigned.

Executive Administrative Assistant Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or 4+y of professional experience.
-3y+ in a similar role, assisting executives.
-Proficiency in Microsoft suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
-Concur experience is required.
-Great communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
