Job purpose

The individual will be responsible to coordinate all professional and personal activities of the CEO.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Assisting CEO

- Scheduling and coordinating professional and personal activities

- Tracking all company projects, tasks, and reminders.

- Creating strategic Coach impact filter for projects

- Managing emails on behalf of CEO

- Updating Calendar

- Making notes from meetings

- Making travel arrangements

- Coordinating Calls

2. Internal/Partner Liaison

- Updating yearly and quarterly goals from executives for weekly update

- Attending Town Halls, making notes and distributing summaries on behalf of CEO

- Coordinating communication between internal stakeholders on behalf of CEO

3. Administration Tasks

- Supporting CEO with event coordination/logistics

- Filing client financial documents in Dropbox

- Writing blog and quarterly letter to investors

Technical Skills:

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Trello (or similar management tool)

- Cloud-based file storage

- Online Research Skills

- Knowledge of outsourcing platforms

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
