JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes, as needed
  • Write and distribute email and correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain computer or manual filing systems
  • Establish and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Maintain and updates contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Prepare and monitor invoices
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as office assistant
  • Reporting skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Editing and proofreading
