DCP is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide high-level and high-quality support. Job description:
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives and will report to the Chief of Staff. This individual will be an effective communicator, both verbally and written, a quick learner, self-driven and possesses the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance. The candidate must also be able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally. M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
· Providing administrative level secretarial and clerical support to the Chief of Staff
· Drafting slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives
· Communicating and interacting with high profile individuals
· Preparing correspondence, memos, etc.
· Completing expense reports and managing calendars
· Scheduling domestic and international travel
· Serving as front desk receptionist greeting guests, answering and routing calls
· Completing various other ad hoc requests, including office management
Qualifications:
· Local candidates only-must be able to work on-site full-time
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills required
· Must be tech savvy
· Experience in a law firm, private equity firm, bank, or other financial institution a plus
· Experience in managing multiple and ever-changing priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
· Superior organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
· Excellent communications skills: including writing skills (grammar/spelling/proof reading capabilities are a must)
· Ability to handle dictation and type accurately and efficiently
· Strong team player with a willingness to take on new tasks
· Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
· Professional demeanor with strong integrity
· French, Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills a plus
· Bachelor’s degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
