Job Summary
Our EverWest Property Services Division is looking for an experienced administrative assistant familiar with providing support to property management personnel and/or other multi-level management corporate roles. This role is performed onsite at our Denver, CO headquarters and reports to the Manager, Property Management Operations.
The ideal candidate is:
- Willing and capable of performing both the operational and analytical tasks associated with the role
- Comfortable in situations that require a high degree of problem solving and clarification to resolve
- Looking to grow with the role as our company grows and evolves
Background Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional knowledge in managing and coordinating schedules
- Comprehensive knowledge of administrative assistance
- Impeccable customer service skills for both internal and external customers
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases
Key Deliverables
- Handles and schedules meetings,
- Sorts and distributes mail,
- Performs word processing and filing of correspondence,
- Screens and directs external calls/internal communications,
- Coordinates receipt and distribution of documents
- May coordinate executive travel schedules.
- May also assist in specific support tasks for the department or functional area they serve such as budgeting, expense tracking, or special projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
