We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for travel and enjoys supporting others in creating memorable journeys. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support our travel advisors and have the chance to directly assist clients with bookings, broadening your knowledge and experience in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare travel documents and reconfirm reservations
  • Back office commission tracking
  • Answer phones and client relations
  • Assist travel advisors with bookings
  • Manage and grow social media accounts

Qualifications

  • Experience organizing travel for business or personal use
  • Exceptional organizational and sales skills preferred
  • Customer service experience, must enjoy working with customers
  • Personal experience with both domestic and international travel is considered important
  • Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs
  • Strong understanding and experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Experience processing payment information and working with confidential information preferred
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Sabre global distribution system preferred
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, but flexible to work up to 30-40 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
