A dynamic and rapidly growing national personal injury and property damage law firm is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Administrative Assistant to join their busy team in Boca Raton, FL.

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will work directly with Assigned Attorney(s) providing direct support as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

  • File management
  • Follow up on new cases with policy information; injuries; treatment
  • Communicate with clients
  • Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties as requested
  • Prepare binders with specific documents for mediation
  • Schedule meetings
  • Performs special projects involving attorney accountability
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience/Requirements:

  • Full-time, 8 am – 5 pm, M-F
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and must be able to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Teamwork-oriented, including displaying a positive attitude in all tasks and when working with and assisting other team members
