Administrative Assistant needed for In The Bag Cleaners. Candidates are organized, self-motivated and have experience in general office tasks (answering phones, payroll, basic bookkeeping, and communications with both clients and team members). As a member of our Top Performing Leadership Team, you will work at our Corporate Offices. The ideal candidate for this position is ambitious and driven to succeed with strong sales skills and the confidence to advise our clients, and to support other team members. You will work directly with our Team Leader and Owner, Dave Coyle. This is a great opportunity to work with In The Bag Cleaners, the largest dry cleaning and laundry company in the state of Kansas!

We have 12 retail stores in Wichita, Derby, & Andover and offer citywide pick-up and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Respond to all client emails and assist with incoming phone calls.

Assist with marketing implementation.

Directly cater to our top-tier Platinum clients

Project management and systems documentation

Communicate effectively with team and with all customers, building rapport with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

Self-starter with a strong bias for action and results orientation

Works well in a support role for our team members and clients.

Attention to detail and proficient with Microsoft Software

Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills; position requires daily discussions with clients and team members at all different levels.

Ability to work independently, but also possess successful team participation skills.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; a college degree preferred.
