Qualifications
- At least 2 years of equivalent experience
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Power Point, Excel, and Teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong and professional work ethic
- Ability to work in fast-paced international environment
Accountabilities
- Greets visitors
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Schedules meetings and training sessions/classes
- Books meeting rooms and takes detailed meeting minutes
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Answers questions on the phone, by email and in person
- Makes travel arrangements to include lodging, air and ground transportation, and meals.
- Plans and coordinates employee activities
- Manages and maintains files, records, service agreements with outside vendors, and correspondence, both hard and digital copies.
- Assists Human Resources with processing bi-weekly payroll, entering data, required paperwork, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel files and data to ensure state and federal compliance.
- Performs all other tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
