A National Company with a regional office located in Modesto CA, is looking for a highly organized full time administrative/office coordinator to join our team.
Ideal Candidate displays:

● Ability to multi-task efficiently and handle priorities effectively
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Must be a fast learner and highly organized
● Excellent oral and written communication
● Pays very close attention to detail
● Excellent attendance and punctuality
● 5 or more years of office environment/office management/administrative experience
● HR and Payroll experience
Computer skills include Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Access. Data Entry experience is preferred.
VAI Enterprise Software experience recommended, but willing to train ideal candidate.
This is a progressively challenging position. Individuals applying for this position should have excellent writing and communication skills. Candidates should have at least 5 years of administrative experience. Other skills we are looking for include excellent decision-making, problem solving, high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Great attitude in the workplace is a must. An ideal candidate needs to have a disciplined work ethic, is a great team player and highly organized.
