Responsibilities Include:
- General office duties;
- Screening phone calls and mail;
- Scanning and filing;
- Tracking and ordering supplies;
- Corresponding with clients;
- Coordinating meetings;
- Assisting with marketing projects and events;
- Preparing presentations and reports.
Desired Skills:
- Good oral and written communication;
- Detail oriented and good note taker;
- Knowledgeable of MS word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Proficient with multiple social media platforms;
- Marketing and email campaigns.
Status
In-office position. Hours for this role are from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
