As an Administrative Assistant at Sentinel Technologies, you will be part of a team that supports our National Sales and Recruiting teams. You will be responsible for creating client contracts using NetSuite and Adobe Sign. You will also create, proof and PDF proposals and RFPs. This position may also assist with travel arrangements, recruiting administration and other projects as assigned. College graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- 6 months-1 year experience in an administrative role supporting a sales team
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Advanced typing skills required
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills are preferred
- Strong technical acumen helpful
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
- Candidate must be able to work in a high-volume team environment with the ability to multitask
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
