Administrative Assistant Needed for Established Grass Valley construction company. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • A/P and A/R
  • Payroll
  • Provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of our great team.

Salary:

Starting at $20-$30 DOE

Experience

  • Administrative 7+ years.
  • Experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
