As experienced Construction Administrative Assistant, we are looking for a person who can catch up and keep up with the elite accounts payable team in the ever-expanding company that provides lots of growth opportunities.
You will be working closely with the Accounts Payable team, Project Managers, CFO and in collaboration with the Project Coordination team (Architects, Engineers, Owners, Subcontractors and Suppliers) and Owner/Clients to ensure information is complete and accurate. We are looking for someone with a “Team First” mentality, who will be adaptable, versatile, willing to learn, and wants to grow with the company. Admin Assistant Role and Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Accounting Department supply inventory and technology maintenance (Copiers/Shredders)
- Provide daily phone coverage for the reception desk (screening calls, receiving packages, and greeting clients)
- Microsoft Office Proficient, emphasis on Excel
- Repetitive work/sitting at workstation for 8 hours.
- Sage 100 knowledge
- Attention to detail A MUST
Looking for someone who is interested in Construction Accounting and wants to grow with a company.
Compensation is $20.00 an hour. 5-month probation period.
Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. Non-Remote
