Trinity Management, LLC seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant. At Trinity Management, LLC, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional, customer-focused property-management services. We manage a mixed-income, mixed-use portfolio of vibrant housing communities.
Our Administrative Assistant fulfills administrative and clerical responsibilities for the management office. This position requires a professional who is able to multi-task, work well under pressure and provide an optimal customer service experience to both current and future residents. Responsibilities of this position include greeting all management office guests, answering incoming calls, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, organizing files, collecting rents from residents and serving as overall support for the Property Manager.
A successful candidate must share our passion for providing exceptional service to our residents. Proficiency in using office equipment including a multi-line telephone system, Microsoft Office, copy machines, fax machines and postages machines is required. A knowledge of Yardi is also encouraged.
Specific logistical details include, but are not limited to, the following:
· 40 hours per week
· Salary commensurate with experience
· 15 days Paid Time Off
