Position: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 06 – 12+ months
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Head of Operations Transformation, as well as other Leadership team members as needed
- Extensive Multi-Calendaring Experience in Outlook for C-Suite Executives
- Experience using and troubleshooting virtual conference tools
- Coordinate Team Events & Social Activities (Including Splash Website, Budget Tracking and logistics)
- Assist with extensive multi-calendar scheduling including point person for new project & initiatives
- Assist with domestic and international travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries
- Process all invoices for payment, requests for purchase orders, requisitions
- Process expense reports and manage expense approvals including SOWs with leader’s guidance
- Assist with coordination of announcements and communications, including those sent on “Behalf-Of” the leader, when needed
- Work in conjunction with other location admins in same org in creating social events
- Organize offsites, virtual offsites, working sessions and all-day meeting logistics
- Extensive and strong project management skills and the ability to pivot quickly and seamlessly even when given little direction required
- Proactively access needs of leader and team with little to no direction needed
- Work closely with Chief of Staff/ Business Planning & Support Manager
- Attend and maintain follow-up on deliverables and action items from Leadership Meetings
- Assist in building/maintaining and updating all team sites. (ie. SharePoint, Teams)
Quals
Hybrid, will work from home but required to go into the office for meetings in Tempe.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
