Administrative Assistant out of Woods Cross UT to join their safety-conscious team! The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and administrative functions as assigned for Support Services/Department.

Job Position: Administrative Assistant - Billing - Payables - Timecard entry
Essential Duties:
- Improve our service quality to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Data Entry.
- Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Ensures timely processing of weekly payroll and other administrative functions.
- Answer incoming calls to branch location/department.
- Acts as Human Resources liaison.
- Prepares Personnel Action Forms (PAF’s) for approval and ensures timely processing of these forms.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities for Internal Candidates:

- Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some college business courses preferred
Skills and Experience:
- 1 or more years of clerical experience that includes accounting and bookkeeping is required.
- Accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented and have strong customer relations skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Computer background working with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and Office a must.
- Radius experience preferred
- Trac timekeeping experience preferred
- The oil and Gas industry preferred
