GreenLife Energy Solutions is a rapidly growing company that is passionate about creating a sustainable environment for future generations. We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Egg Harbor Township. This is a fully in person position and does not offer any opportunity for remote work.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and providing general support to our team. Please note that there are times that the owner's dog(s) are on the premises. Therefore, applicant must be comfortable around large dogs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in office administration. They should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and have a positive and upbeat attitude. This is an entry level position that offers the opportunity to grow with the company. We are willing to train and invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for management and staff
- Managing and organizing files and paperwork
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
Being self-motivated is essential for success in this position as you will be working independently at times and need to stay on top of tasks and deadlines.
Working hours: This is a full-time position with flexible hours, from 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.
Compensation: In addition to a starting salary of $17/hour, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401k plan with employer matching, paid federal holidays and accrued paid time off. Bilingual not required but is a plus.
