This position provides administrative support for Region Field Leaders, including document creation and editing,
filing, answering the phone, handling the mail, overnight deliveries, organizing meetings and conference calls, and scheduling travel. This position also provides support for District Performance Coordinators, including training, meeting preparation and timekeeping.

Duties Include:
- Scheduling and coordination of on-site and conference call meetings
- Preparation of documents and presentations
- Processing of invoices
- Expense report preparation and processing
- Direct incoming requests
- Initiate contacts as required
- Establish appropriate contacts with other departments and external customers
- Travel coordination
- Schedules, prepares for, and supports Region meetings and events
- Serve as a backup to other administrative personnel

- Coordinate projects delegated to the area
- Establish and/or maintain filing system
- Develop and/or maintain databases/spreadsheets for department
- Retrieves, analyzes, organizes, and distributes operational reporting
- Budget reconciliation, tracking, issue resolution, and update as requested
- Other administrative duties and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
5+ years of administrative assistant support to management
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, with peak proficiency in Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi-task manage time and work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent judgment and tact; able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate trustworthiness and discretion
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Ability to initiate and take action when necessary
- Reliable attendance
- Applicant should have proven experience managing administrative support for an organization
