Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is looking for an Administrative Coordinator for our Surgery/OB-Gyn Region in Bethesda, Maryland. The Administrative Coordinator typically reports to a Department Head such as Administrator/Director/ Sr. Director. Responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of department projects, activities, reports, schedules, collection and management of data for projects and work in progress. Develops office procedures to ensure efficient and timely operations. Provide coordination of records, policies, procedures, and services. Oversees inventory functions for department. Initiates and authorizes work orders per operational guidelines. Processes invoices. Accurately utilizes workforce management systems.

Location : 6410 Rockledge Drive Ste 200, Bethesda, MD 20817

Shift: Non-Exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week. Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Requirements:
Two years college or business school, or 4 years of equivalent experience (in addition to the minimum 3 years required experience).

Minimum 3 years' experience in health care administration, office experience, or customer service experience.
