Administrative Coordinator Job at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare
Administrative support to the Department of Patient Experience and to the Director. Assists Patient Experience Advocates with tasks as needed. Duties include, but not limited to, answering phone, creating and maintaining files and records, disseminating information, maintaining office supplies and equipment. Assists with daily rounding preparation as well as participating in rounds as needed. Interacts and coordinates the work of the department with other hospital departments. Assists in clerical organization of the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). Responsible for scheduling coverage of the Patient Experience Department as well as maintaining PLT/LTS etc., calendar. Responsible for the coordination of the Patient and Family Advisors volunteer Program, and coordination of volunteers. Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
Minimum: Two (2) years job related experience. Preferred: Two (2) to five (5) years job related experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel. Expert competency with the computer. Excellent typing skills with minimal errors. Very strong organizational skills.
