In this role, you will work to ensure that the students have a stellar outcome and experience while enrolled in our programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Prove to be an exceptional listener by understanding the skills, background, interests, passions, and needs of a prospective student; and provide feedback for the appropriate career path within the beauty industry
• Facilitate career planning sessions as needed
• Use your knowledge of the industry to uncover a prospective student’s passion for a career in the beauty industry
• Conduct campus tours including group tours
• Create an unparalleled experience for all prospective students visiting our campus
• Communicate initiatives and work collaboratively with Admissions Team
• Engage in a daily planning meeting with Financial Aid partner to ensure expectations and support
• Assist with placement of students in programs pertaining to their skills and interests

• Demonstrated ability to work under strict deadlines
• You’re someone who has immense passion in hitting goals; performance, conversion rates, and behavioral driven goals
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Self-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks with exhibited follow-through and initiative
• Ability to make and implement decisions

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Experience G-Suites, Google Classroom, Microsoft Word, and Excel required
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Experience building and maintaining relationships
• Background and understanding of the beauty industry a plus
