About the Job:
- Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire OASIS experienced nurses for Per-diem positions in Roxbury, Dorchester, JP, Quincy, Mattapan, Hyde Park, and surrounding towns.
Qualifications include:
- A current RN license in Massachusetts.
- Hands-on nursing experience.
- Home care experience.
- OASIS experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.
Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include:
- Perform Admissions.
- Perform Resumptions of care if needed.
- Review, implement and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
- Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Assess, evaluate, and teach clients about their disease processes and treatments.
- Provide hands-on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
