Utopia Home Care of Connecticut is actively seeking case managing and admissions Registered Nursing (RN) professionals!

Our Hartford, CT branch has Full-Time, Part-Time, and per diem opportunities available within our Hartford County service area (Hartford, CT and surrounding area's) for Registered Nursing (RN) professionals.

Position Details:

• Admissions RN
• Case Managing RN
• On-Call
• Home Care RN needed for Hartford County area.
• Homecare training available.
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred, but not necessary.
