Insight Mental Health Group is a network of therapists focused on mental health services for children, teens, couples, parents, and families. We are currently seeking a full-time Adult counselor to work a hybrid role with our team at our Snoqualmie Ridge office.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: This is an employment opportunity. Pay is a flat hourly rate, dependent on therapist experience, licensure level, and income/client load goals or a base salary with a tiered hourly wage on top of the salary. Therapists are paid bi-weekly - you don't have to wait for insurance to reimburse the company! We provide great benefits too; such as paid vacation, paid sick leave, monthly paid case consultation, two hours paid per week for note completion (full time, one hour paid for part-time), health insurance, $250 per year towards CEU’s, and supervision for associates.

Insurance Credentialing and Billing: We have several group insurance panels you will be able to bill under and we handle all the credentialing, billing and collection for you.

Time and Flexibility Providers have some flexibility in setting their schedules. All our systems are electronic, including a HIPPA compliant EHR system, email, and Teams.

Cross Referrals and Support Enjoy the benefits of cross referrals and collaborative work with other providers. The group provides all the marketing, website management, and marketing materials.

Full Administrative Support Scheduling, billing and receptionist duties provided by the group allowing you to focus on your client sessions.

If you are an experienced WA State licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and/or couples, we would love to discuss the possibility of you joining our team!

Requirements:

• Licensed or associate licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist.
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington
• Must be located in Washington State
